We cut your checks in-house at Back Office Solutions and mail them to you for signing and review or we can mail them directly to vendors. It’s your choice. (Set-up information from your bank is required)

We do your monthly bank reconciliation within three days of receipt of statements.

We scan and link your invoices so you can review them on-line.

We annually backup vendor invoices to CD-ROM for storage.

Payroll Services

We poll and process through AD Computer, one of our strategic business partners, so your employees are paid correctly and on time.

We take care of all your payroll tax reporting including 940, 941 & other quarterly filings.

Data and Reports you can count on

We can do a monthly review of your QuickBooks accounts to prepare for month-end financials. We can even help you acquire the QuickBooks license if you do not already have one.

We prepare monthly financial statements in McDonald’s format and deliver them on time.
